It's been more than a pleasure for me to be in the forum in 2010. And I am more than happy knowing matured trees and matured people like you and some more matured (meaning older in age...not in heart) people than you in the forum, I value your insights from your experiences and it's more than a gift for me in end of the year.

HAPPY NEW YEAR to you and may you have a more relaxed and happy retirement in Thailand...I really love that house and of yours...the chalet too. looking forward to see and feel it's interior. hehe.

I feel so much flattered that you remember my own little occasions, dear Jun!

The wedding has been an excellent event! First of all the wedding service in the church and the wedding party then.
We have had snow during that particular day, 11th of December only. It was very cold but fantastic! The wedding party was held somewhere in the northern suburbs near the foothill of Parnitha mountain. Unfortunately it has been early discontinued by the police patrol because the snow was gaining more and more thickness on the road and they said we would face serious problems if you stayed longer....
We will be having by God's will the newborn baby in June 2011. We are all awaiting impatiently to face the half blood little one because our son in law is from Africa! We all feel so blessed despite the miserable economic condition in our country....

Great Trees Jun and the promise of even better ones to follow makes waiting for the new year even more enjoyable. Indeed what a great way to end the year by styling two of your trees. Wishing you A very happy and exciting New Year 2011 and may it be filled with lots and lots of Bonsaiing.

And BTW I'm just back from a 5 day vacation and yes I've been missing all the action. Great to be back HOME (meaning IBC)

...that's nice to hear.
Greece can make it thru the storm, don't worry. It happened to us in the 90's, (lost my first ever job then,) and we were devastated. but we made it thru...I guess that is the essence of new year-----new hope for everyone.
