Your stone has a beatyful colour, and texture....The stone would look much better, if the dai is carved a whole lot smaller, and have low elegant legs. A dark collour on the dai will also make it much better. You can dye the wood

Japanese stonelovers make very nice dais. If you have a book, study the photos...I have learned a lot by doing this.
