Big yamadori Larch (ovner Mirek)

Hi all friends.

Originally my Yamadori Larch tree is a bit bigger. Current owner is a friend Mirek. The first styling, we decided to crown the tree to work with a fairly accurate view of the future.

Hi all.

The first styling, I worked in November 2008.

Today we completed a second styling. Tree crown is much improved with the development of the tree are satisfied. The spring will need to first pot.

Another GREAT tree. Hope to see pictures when it "wakes up".

Hello Pavel. Another great styling job. There are a couple of points that could improve this tree in my opinion. The long jin on the left is a distraction for me. I think it is too long and lacking in character. Also the top of the tree appears to be too short and I think it would benefit from a bit more height and a more gentle taper.

Yes, you're right about Jin is extra. Yesterday, at the conclusion that we talked with Sam. I left it on purpose for the opinions of others. What about you? Trim, remove, or in the styling composition with the lower branches?

With a height I'm not so sure, maybe there will be adjustments in future periods. But it's possible.

I think the jin should be shortened to at least within the foliage and maybe shorter. I don't think it should be removed though.

Hello Pavel. I like the second one with the movement around to the front. It flows very well with the rest of the tree. Certainly worth a go and if it doesn't work, you can always shorten further.

I agree. Nice work, Pavel. Your friend must be very happy with the tree. If it was mine I'd grow more taper too. -dorothy

Another top virtual Dorothy and that is more like the taper I would give it. I think it would be more dynamic as a tree, if there was a continuation of the curve in the trunk though.
