PROCUMBENS JUNIPER

My club, Sei Boku Bonsai Kai in San Mateo, California held their annual auction of donated material thois past Wednesday evening. The profits go to the GSBF Bonsaii Garden, Lake Merritt, Oakland CA.

I aquired this juniper for a $35 bid, I had looked it over before the auction and thought it might be fun to work on. Yesterday I did the trimming and wiring. Today I put in in the pot. Height including pot is about 26 inches. In another year of so it will get more detailed styling, and I will put in in a more shallow bunjin style pot.
