It is not an area on interest that I am actually into, and often get puzzled by some stones. HOWEVER...These are really nice and I adore the cupped display attachments to the Dai. May I ask if the stones were found in the condition that they are displayed in...apart from being cleaned.

hello there mike, in these particular kind of stone i have to grind the outer skin and polish the stone to bring out the beauty of what i call PICTURE STONE,when in the ground you have to wet the stone to be able to see the true picture,i will post some in the days to come similar type but not polish and clean only with embose picture.by the way mike,i also am into bonsai he! he! to many hobby. tnks for your query and comment, regards, this is ALEXMike Jones wrote:It is not an area on interest that I am actually into, and often get puzzled by some stones. hi mike, on my previous answer to you, when i say GRIND AND POLISH,i use cup brush to take out unneccessary dirt and residue then clean it very thoroughly with detergent etc....NO CUTTING OR ALTERATION WAS MADE,these stone are found in brackish water thats why of its round shape.if you have other qustion i will be more than willing to share and answer,thanks and best regardsMike Jones wrote:It is not an area on interest that I am actually into, and often get puzzled by some stones. Then in that case they are even better than I first thought. I would so love to have a few of these to show in my Bonsai display area.
