Brazillian Raintree Empty Brazillian Raintree

In pruning the Brazillian Raintree the thorns are a consideration. However, I have observed that the first leaf of new growth usually does not have a thorn. So, if you keep your Brazillian Raintree pruned to the first leaf, thorns are greatly reduced.
