Hi Demtrang... Bodhidharma sits in the dark cave. How is he revealed? The image is created in our imagination & mirrored in the stone. With no limit to its wandering, imagination seeks enlightenment.

I want to know why the big guy keeps pushing the little guy into the face of the rock!
You can even see his fat finger tips coming over the top of the little guy's head.

I am hesitant to note it, but with that full beard, Dentrang's Daruma/Bodhidharma looks surprisingly like Jerry Garcia of the band Grateful Dead (RIP, Jerry)-- JG photos.

Demtrang's image wasn't the image I'd seen either, Mathias, so I think you can look at this stone & find your own Daruma, Garcia or even a "big & little guy."
