I started pot making in 1985 - only a few containers from this time are still in my hands. At this period my glaze palette was poor. So natural colored pots domianted my production.
The one below was fired fired in a wood kiln, still in good condition is used over years for a Wistaria. It shows a furioso of flowers this year.
Thanks for looking!

Pretty wild shapes! I´ve tried a bigger one too, but I had an accident when loading it into the kiln... The "among-shelves-foot" fell on it.
I´ve also missed the Wisteria before - I like the tree, the pot, and its combo too.

Re: hhpppppots
Horst, a big thankyou for the traces of origin.
That´s it, that´s the way to pump the feeling into Your work.
Your pots arise from pieces of clay, there must be some left on You and Your trousers :-)

Horst,
Once again, I am delighted by your playfulness in clay
That second to last piece is really quite lovely In my opinion. The grey and white tones with the green has lots of potential for further development. Lots of subtlety and gemlike. Quite beautiful!
Respectfully,
Rob

Rob,
the named green glaze is very subtle, shows various faces due to the underlayer, body or pot-design - very useful.

a bit off topic, but...is that a gilded movement, sweep-second trench watch in your profile picture?

brad: the avatar shows the gilded movement of a vintage German pilot watch, brand: LACO. Here a front pic - huge case, 55mm.
