Natural old Pomegranate wood stand

I have many Natural old Pomegranate wood stand and container,they can be used as small bonsai base,stand or small suiseki Daiza and stand. Are they fine?

There are wonderful and would work for all sorts of cascade and semicascade trees. I think they look better than the typical root stand that is often carved from a solid block.

These are great stands. 
On the first one, I would maybe carve out some of the wood to make it less massive. But they're all fantastic as they are.

The pomegranate's natural sculptural contours are fine, Riversoul. Please share the size of the stands' tops.
