Casuriana Impression

This Casuriana is only still piece of tree bark, were planted four years, branches just done today:

A very interesting one.

Nicely done! How tall is it?

It also shows how easily the wood rottens with Casuarina. This tree seems to have been kept relatively moist. Perhaps it is a good idea not to water Casuarinas with deadwood from over head that often, soil only.

Unless of course we want the wood to rot, which has provided an interesting trunk here. I am curious to see the other side of this tree now.
