Artistic Synthetic Slabs and Rockscapes
Creative and innovative bonsai ‘pots’ should not detract from the expressiveness of a bonsai, especially if they complement in form and colour. Such slabs and rockscapes accommodate creative and innovative inspiration and hence be 'avant-garde'. They should open a new perspective to the world of bonsai, bringing more fun besides collaborating bonsai art with other art forms. And why not ‘To boldly go where no one has gone before’.

They have a very distinctive look often with very flowing lines. He truly is an artist for his slabs and rockscapes have a dramatic expression and is able to unify the bonsai tree with its 'pot', transforming them into living artistic pieces.
