Hello Kevin - very nice accent! It sure looks like Potentilla anserina (Silverweed Cinquefoil) to me.

We have that over here in the UK as a wildflower too. It is Potentilla anserina as David said, but the common name here is just Silverweed, probably so we don't mix it up with another very common wildflower Creeping Cinquefoil (Potentilla reptans).

The pb with accent plants is that you are never sure that they are at their best if you want to have a "three-point-display" (bonsai, accent, kakemono).
