I think this is a nice tree with some good movement. I would consider reducing it in height at some point and then developing a new apex....what is its current height? I hope all has been well with you.

Taking the first picture as the front, here are some things I would consider if it were mine:
1- the visible root at the bottom might be bound to the trunk and allowed to fuse, thereby thickening the base.
2- the lowest branch on the right draws the eye b/c of its straightness- it could be wired to curve down, and the resultant gap filled in over time with future growth from above.
3- that is quite a clot of branches at the apex, but reduction in the number of branches would prevent further thickening of the top of the trunk and send more energy to the lower branches.
Other than near the apex, I like the taper of the trunk.

Thank you Tom and David ,, the heigth is 15 in. now. I did take 4 or 5 branches from the apex last night.. plan to wire the bottom branches also but ran out of wire for now.. thanks for the comments.. take care John

Thank you Neli,,For your comment.. I did some more pruning on the apex to reduce the bulge.. I really ordered this tree because I wanted a tall tree but who knowes after I have had it a while.. thank you john

I did some more trimming on the apex and cut it all back.. also put a little wire on the bottom branches.. hope it is better... thanks john

I like the movement of that lower branch now. Very much in keeping with the curves of the trunk.
