dumb arse question.
Do cotoneaster shed? It's just that I did some inept wiring on one recently, and above the wiring it's dropped, but below it aint. I've got a horrible feeling I've buggered up the sap flow and choked the top to death.

Depends on the species or variety of Cotoneaster. Some do, some don't. They are tough though, so you should be OK.
