Rivina humilis, Pokeweed beginning
Here is a yamadori pokeweed with great nebari that I harvested about 6 months ago. This plant is very hardy, produces green leaves with red edges, small white flowers, & several small orange berries. It had several long gangly branches all directed vertically high up the trunk. I waited for some lower branches to bud and removed the top and think that it has much potential.
Will be repotting to this 6" blue pot shortly:

Have at it. Leaves are a bit large, though. I'd get rid of thet big root that crosses the other. Now would be an ideal time.

looks like you decided to keep that crossing root, eh ?
(getting rid of it was a good suggestion from jim)
the crown developed nicely, but it sure could use some taper...
