European Yew, Shohin
This European Yew (or English Yew), Taxus baccata I have developed through a 12 years period. Starting with a raw stock nursery material, cutting it back hard and developed branches from nearly scratch. It still needs refinements, and I look forward to see it mature over time. Planted in a pot from Ryuen - Kamiya Houkichi, Japan. Height 17cm / 7 inches.

btw - morten, i am thoroughly enjoying your "majesty in miniature" book and find it to be an excellent guide for mame & shohin.
