Milwaukee Bonsai Society 44th Annual Exhibit
This took place Sept 19th - 21st, 2014 w/ guest artist Colin Lewis
finally got time to get to the photos i took
sorry for the quality on some but i had a small window with no-one in the exhibit and
so was rushed into having to use a flash and my white balance is a bit off on a couplafew...
the first few are novice (with a couple extra of mine - scroll painting by 9 year old niece lil miss 'em),
my cautionary tree-in-training and then followed by intermediate, advanced & open in no particular order.
(along with some trunk or foliage detail pics... and no, the bougie toward the end is not a phoenix graft)
theres quite a few of them:
a tree in training with the artist in training...
i forget his name, but precocious sums him up.
and Ron Fortmann (also newest member of the Arbor Arts Collective) receiving a well deserved award of recognition for everything he has done over his many years in the Milwaukee Bonsai Society
and a bit of the AAC vending area

Kevin,
I liked what I saw and especially the Ficus Bonsai.
