my 8th Juniper First Styling (Twin trunk Shimpaku)
Hello everyone , I found this shimpaku on the flower market in my city , normally , shimpaku is really hard to find here, even that just a small young one still never came out for sale, so forget about a big nice one ,I feel that impossible for me , but I still have a little luck for this , even not a nice one but not too bad at all.
this is the tree first came with 3 main tall trunks.
one trunk is out direction and strong fix still ,so I chop out and become twin trunk style.I think the tree will looks more solid than use them 3 trunks thin.
start jin and dead wood.
rough wiring first.
tight up pads.
other side view.
finished for now.
Thank you for watching.
Apisit.

Nice vision for turning what you bought into what it is now. That's quite a rootball you have there- what plans do you have for the base of the tree? Thank you for showing your work!

Nice find and even better job of styling. However, I have a concern. There appears to be a lot of Shari and it seems to wrap around much of the trunk. You may have damaged the life lines beyond repair -- hope not. Again I always look for your posting and appreciate your vision and work. Keep us informed.

This can become a lovely tree although it seems a bit to heavy in the top atm.
If it was mine I would thin out the top a lot and place the branches beneath more natural, because they are bend a bit weird.
I really like the mother child idea

Thank you Precarious for your comment, for the base of the tree ,now I have not yet for plan only thinking of a pot that a little bit more deeper ,however I am not rushing for that now.

Thank you Chris.
I agree with you that the top is heavy ,I see many new back buds start came out from the main trunk in side the top, once all those buds are ready to use ,I will start to replace them on the top ,and thin out old branches on the top.
Thank you for your comment.

Thank you again DougB for your comment ,I think from the pictures you see it seem wrap around , I show you other side view of this tree picture,
I hope, I didn't make any cross the life line circulation from root to the top ,for the Shari on other side you see ,that the only direction lead from jin to the root base.
