Mite-X Spray

So I've been spraying my trees with Mite-X and Bonide hort. oil for a couple weeks now to battle back spider mites. I was told that the horticultural oil should stay on the trees for at least a day before being washed off. However, I haven't found anything like that for the Mite-X. Can it be washed off shortly after being sprayed onto the trees? Any thoughts?

You could water and not wet the foliage.
