I am not sure about the name, this tree I bought from The Northern Virginia Chapter of the Azalea Society of America more than 10 years ago. By the time I bought it the trunk had the sieze of o chopstick, now it has the size of the big toe.
The flowers match the description of the variety Kikochi.

I just stopped by on Friday morning to drop off one of my tree (a Satsuki), got some supply and left, did not hang around because we had guess that week end.
