Small needle Cedar (C. brevifolia)

Just finished the final wiring on this tree and thought you might enjoy it.

A Zen tree.  For those with positive attitudes it is the most magnificent bonsai every created it has and does everything I think a masterpiece bonsai should have and do.

For the moderately informed bonsai grower, I wish my bonsai were as magical as this one.

However, in line with MY prejudices, I'd rather see a less pointy top. That's just me, tho.

Oh that is lovely. I love the open, airy feel. It has a great feeling of loftiness. I have a Cedrus deodara on my bench that has had no work done, as I'm still feeling out it's growth habits. Can I ask how you care for your Conradina? Thanks.
