Buying bonsai in Japa

Hi all,

Off on a trip to Japan in May, and would like to investigate the possibility of buying a black pine to the value of about £200 to £300. Nothing near complete, but I'm looking for the best raw stock I can get for that price. I was wondering if anyone can recommend a nursery around Tokyo who may have that sort of stock, but can also help with phyto certs etc.
