Yew raw material... suggestions??? Empty Yew raw material... suggestions???

I have this Yew, recently repotted. The tree has grown up formerly near another tree, so has no thick branches on half its side, though has a an impressive root to one side. Clearly it needs to grow a good deal more branches and foliage.

Any suggestions for styling?
