Pitanga Forest
Hello, it has been a while since my last post. I am here just to share my repoted forest of pitangas (Eugenia uniflora).

This is now a typical example of some trees that has a reverse taper that doesn't bother me at all. But I'm sure somebody in this forum will have a cadenza ...hihihihii
I do think though that it needs a thinner pot or slab. Your pot is toooo deep. Me thinks.

Ps. does it form fruit as bonsai? Love the shape of its fruit!

Hi Andre Beaurain, i totally agree with you. I live far away of any big city, so it is very hard to me find pots or anything related to bonsai. This was the first repot of this forest, and this one is my best pot, i don't have any other to choose. But anyway, i will try to find a slab, which suits very better for this plant.

Hello, I like this composition with lots of logs, very special. One question: There are so many plants or there is a single root with many trunks?

Hi Daniel, there were several seedlings growing together, most of them are fixed at the same root system. I have collected the whole thing together.

Yes Andre Beaurain its form fruit. This kind of tree needs watering stress in order to fruit.
