2013 UPSTATE NEW YORK SUISEKI STUDY GROUP EXHIBIT

The Suiseki Study Group of Upstate New York will be having our 3rd exhibit on Saturday and Sunday, September 7-8, 2013 at the International Bonsai Arboretum in Rochester, New York. This event will take place at the Autumn Open House & Sale.

Bonsai displays as well as masterpiece bonsai in the garden will be available for study. Bonsai, pre-bonsai, containers, tools, books and supplies will also be on sale.

Award winning bonsai artists Harvey Carapella, Marc Arpag and Wm. N. Valavanis will be presenting advanced bonsai demonstrations daily at 11am and 2 pm.

Suiseki lectures will be presented on Saturday 10am by Marc Arpag and on Sunday 10am by Ron Maggio.

We finished setting up the exhibit yesterday. There are 46 stones displayed by 12 members. Both suiban and daiza suiseki are exhibited. Complete information and many photos can be found at:

The suiseki exhibit is at the International Bonsai Arboretum during the 2013 Autumn Open House and Sale. Suiseki are on sale as are bonsai, pre-bonsai, tools, containers and wire.

So I can not come to New York Suiseki Bonsai Exhibit I very sorry about that the only I try come up there to introduce to NY Suiseki stone Hoppy
