Blast from the past 2
Hi All
I managed to get a 25 year old vid of myself digitised and thought you might like to see it. it shows a decorating technique called mocha a way of painting trees on pots quickly.

I have started using this technique again here are a couple of the results

Lovely "simple" technique Tony. Do you still use a tobacco tea?

Just lovely work !!!!! I'm starting to do some pots at my local community college and would love to try the technique. Is there any way you'd share the formulation of the tea? Do you just use a standard slip?

Tony,
Thanks for all the information on how to do this stuff. I have pleanty of patients and love to play around. You can be sure the next time I head to the art school, I'll be work'n on it. Now off to the tobacco store.

Thank you very much tony for teaching us your technics through your videos
I have tried both cracked and mocha
the results are better using the cracking technic than the mocha
but I ll try again and post pics on my topic (there are still sone cracked pots)
