Japanese bloodgood red maple from nursery stock

I was definitely planning on purchasing a few better pre-bonsai material at a local bonsai nursery that I found a few days ago. In the meantime, I think I'm going to try and continue to cultivate and transform this maple into a bonsai. I agree with Andrew in that I think it'll help me learn a lot.
