liked it's angle
so had a daiza made for it. Found along an ocean beach earlier this summer when rivers were too high to go thru.

Hi Dick
You have taken the photo in an angle....is for, to compensate from the missing hight on the left side of the daiza?.....to make this stone a nice suiseki, does the plateau have to be horizontal, and I am not confident it is.
Could you show a better photo?.
Kind regards Yvonne

good point! if the shot had been taken flat, the angle would have been more pronounced. It seems these days everything I do is rushed. being "retired" is not what i pictured, as i'm busier now then I've ever been.off here in a bit for the last day of the year with bonsai sensei david de groot.
