Coast Live Oak, planted in a Jim Barrett pot. 18 inches tall including the pot.

Those leaves look almost like holly!

I'm also liking the idea of planting the tree in a brightly glazed pot, it looks great.

I'm also intrigued as to why you've got bungee straps hooked onto the pot? However if your weather is anything like mine is at the moment I don't blame you. Every evening and morning for the last week we've had ridiculous 60mph gusty winds!!!

We do get gusty winds here on the USA west coast. I'm about 5 miles from the Pacific Coast. And, it's earthquake country. Mad Tie downs are necessary!

I collected the oak about 20 years ago. Not much else to say except it has thrived.
