Hi Mario,
I think the shape of this pot is fine for your tree, and the color is pretty with this variety - 'Gyoten'.
If I may offer you a couple of suggestions concerning azaleas...
First, they have a fine root system that needs protection. Your tree is planted a little too high, but that may because this pot is really too shallow.
Second, azaleas are always happier when slighty overpotted - this pot is too small - and like I mentioned, could be deeper. Although the color was terrible (for the flowers), the first pot you showed from when your tree was taller is a well proportioned azalea pot.
Check out my "Elaeagnus" thread about the sphagnum, that would help here too.
Good luck!
Russell

Hi Russell,
Well spoken! Today I put in a bowl of moss, preserving the fine roots. I have no more appropriate pot. After a few days I will put the photos!
Thanks
regards

Stunning Mario. Do you remove flowers to keep an overall shape? I remove up to 60% of my flowers on Satsuki to prevent an overall loss of shape.

Fantastic plant, Mario!
Is the photo taken after some rain or after misting?
I misting permitted when there are flowers on the plants?
