Premna Repot
I have had this premna microphyllia for close on 1.5 years now and decided to repot it as it had circling roots and was sitting far too high in the pot I bought it in.
I did not bare root it as I cut about 30-40% of the root base off and a few thick downward growing roots. The new pot is shallower and actually has more root room for the plant.
The soil I used is about 75% inorganic and 25% organic. For inorganic materials I used red brick chips, turface, and perlite and some "little brown balls" used in pot plants here. The closest name I can find is hydroballs, expanded clay balls. For organic material I used, shagnum moss, pine bark, pine needles and shredded coconut husk.
The tree in the pot I bought it in.
The tree after repotting.

Re: Premna Repot
Looks good. In my opinion some of the branches are too symmetrical leaving the tree looking off.
