Brazilian rain tree from cutting - progressive

I have a Brazilian rain tree from cutting. It was around 1998 that I started the cutting.
This is the tree in 2005.



I made some cut on it.



I let it grow wild and in 2007, I took the picture



I defoliated as it is



After some cut I let it grow again and here it is in 2010





And here is the bonsai in 2013
