Possible, because it does have a lot of lower growth, BUT, again I defer to someone in Europe familiar with the species and closer to your climate.

so Billy how's your northen wind? I always dreamt of visiting a warm country, warm temperate, not like 43Celsius in august in Greece a couple of summers ago... but that make for gorgeous olive trees!
I live in a wine area and wine resists all this cold thanks to snow covering the foot of the plant... I'll wait for someone from Europe to reply
