New sylvestris
Got myself a late birthday present or a early christmass present. Or better two presents.

When I see a lot of thin branches like this, I think some adaption of the weeping style. The problem I have is that it isn't really natural for this species.

I really like the design of Cram. I'm not sure if it would be possible to turn the tree that way.

Great base - I see lots of bending in your future - think raffia and heavy wire.
