Pinus sylvestris - owner M. Škrabal - first styling
Hi all
The owner of Pine is Mirek Skrabal. Today I finished my first styling.
It was a long and interesting work.

Hi Pavel,
congratulations with the styling of this Pine! It is simply amazing and the best I have seen from you on photo! You managed to find and creat that difficult balance between Bonsai and nature and that is rare to see! This tall ancient but feminine looking image of a Pine growing in the distance is very convincing and simply breathtaking! The lightness of those well placed hanging branches and those open spaces between them is just right to give a feeling of age, distance and height in this wonderful design! Your personal style in Bonsai realy reached it's peak in this design, BRAVO! I can only hope that you and the owner preserve that feeling of lightness and openness in the future, because it is unique and makes this Bonsai so special!
Because the whole tree is so convincing I dont even mind that those two main branches almost start from the same height in the top. But it distracts, because that point is now so out in the open! Maybe in the future you can let grow the top more toward the viewer and cover that point with some layers of foliage? And please loose those bottom Jins! They dont make sense on a tree that appears to grow in the distance and they distract the viewer! But that are just small details on a otherwise brilliant and high class design and styling! Really Pavel this is on of the best I have seen and I just wanted to tell you that! Again...BRAVO!!!!
Below: With some foliage covering that point were both branches start from and with out those two Jins.
Cheers,
Hans van Meer.

Super work as usual Pavel.
Really looking forward to meeting you at Burrr's and moving my Pine onto the next level - You kindly did first styling for Andy "Stone Monkey" a couple of years ago. Keep Well,
Regards,
Simon
