It's still too tall, John. and still too much uninteresting distance between branch clusters. Consider chopping it 2-3 inches above those two lowest branches (in late winter). You will get lots of sprouts around the chop site to help manufacture a new canopy.

Hi John.
I agree with them on the cutting of the tree, If it were mine I'll cut it below the mid section of the tree.
