[/i]Hi Cram,
This is a wonderful tree. Good work!
I am new to Bonsai and to this forum. My first tree is the Ficus (too little) Benjamina. I am also rooting some cuttings from a Varigated Ficus Benjamina. Your photos are an inspiration to me. I hope to be able to create such a beautiful specimen. Thank you for sharing!

Good tree. I would however change the pot to a terracoto dark color. The collored pot looks too feminine for this masculine looking tree imho.

Suggestion, try selective defoliation. Remove about 1/3 of the largest leaves, in a few weeks (depending upon growth rate) remove another 1/3 of the largest leaves. If you keep doing this you will reduce leaf size over time.

ak panama... innovation...no....searching with the luck factor
pavel...oh thanks...it is a great compliment from you
yes ..i think it is retusa...but i am almost worth in biology than in choice of pot ...so nothing sure
and for billy
thank you..it is always good to get some tips
in fact...until now i wanted him to grow fast ...and it is still in shaping state
so i keep all the leaves for the moment..to give it the maximum energy as possible by making big shoots
when i will have finished the structure
i will apply your technique...to buid the ramification...and make it bud back
but it will wait until next spring...to short time before the cold time and the return in my bedroom behind a window
