It looks like it has potential. Is it about 20 cm?
The top needs to be trimmed (start by removing the largest leaves) so we (and you) can see more of the branch structure. When you repot to improve the soil (NEXT SPRING!!!) see if you can't plant the tree a little higher so some roots show around the base.

i dont trim now. i gonna wait the winter/spring to see the branches et i make many pictures fr you
