Mario,
For a "mallsai" you have a nice tree. There is potential with this one!

Hello Todd
Glad you liked it.
Despite the "Mallsai" look of the tree, this is actually a project that gives me a lot of pleasure due to the sentimental value this tree has to me.
I´m trying to improve over time without rushing it. Next year i´m going to take care of the exposed roots, some of them are dead and i´m going to give it a big prune to better define the ramification and the pads.
It´s a never ending work...
Found a photo of the tree when my wife gave it to me a couple of years ago.
Some diference don´t you think?
Greetings
Mário
PS: I don´t know why but i can´t get the photo straight.

I like this little tree and i think its great that your wife gave it to you. Also i like the species, usually when you get a "malsai" it is some funny looking juniper.

Hello Rui
This Pseudolaix is doing fine, it was repoted this year, but i used the same pot.
I also gave it a big prune last Winter to define the folliage pads and allow the light to reach the inner branching.
I´ll post some pictures tomorrow.
