small fun!
Hello all!,
I start to styleing this Shohin "Phyllodium elegans" on last month(Mar 7, 2011), I like it's process... it's fun!.
let me share some photos

first photo, the raw material.

after few minites of thinning

take a sketch
.

today it's look,
, now hight is about 14 cm.

and...(maybe)... future look
.

I love the tree. But, I was curious what was going on with the soil. in the first picture it looks like there is an awful lot of "fines." The tree looks healthy enough and really good styling and vision. What sort of soil mix do you use?

BTW, are you planning an URO to cover the scar on the face of the trunk?
