Yeah, pretty good.
Of course, the real attraction are not the flowers but the fruit after the tree has shed its leaves. Show it to us again in November.

Thanks, Ed. I am looking forward to seeing the tree 'in berry'.
The photo would gain if the shadows were boosted a little to even out the black background.

Euonomus
I have (had) a nice forest as well - about a third of it suffered winter kill for the first time since I started it. I may treat the dead trees as deadwood and leave them in the pot. Still expect great color this fall from the rest.

Ed,
I think you should look for another pot with this tree. Bryan's pots were not made for this kind of trees...

Hans

Euonymus in Full Bloom
I assume this is Euonymus europaeus, the European spindletree. It is naturalized in the northeastern and central US, and eastern Canada, but around here you rarely see it in cultivation. Euonymus alatus has the monopoly. However, the latter species is not commonly grown for bonsai.

Hi Hans,your right about this.
I am planning to order a custom made pot for it,and I will planted in a sort of rock-bowl next year
And Hans, what for kind pot would you recommend me for this tree.
Every one has his own taste, but I am curious what you can recommend me.
And Peter when do you talk with me about a new pot for this tree I don't remember this at all, maybe it is my Alzheimer Light
Greetings Ed

Hi Ed. I think the last two pots are worse than the first, for this tree. I think you need a much more sturdy looking pot. A square.ish semi cascade maybe?

Yes, a much more stable image Ed. Pot is a bit busy for my taste though.
