Some snow this morning

Spring arrives at some place but in Northern Virginia we have some snow this morning, not much but enough to cover some of my trees

Are you worried about the effect the dusting is going to have on the trees that have leafed out?

I have some japanese maples with buds just swelling (not leaf out yet) I hope that they are OK, I don't worry much about the Satsuki pines and junipers. Thanks for asking.

YOU have some very very nice trees there!! we got the snow too but i have not moved my trees out yet...i hope it does not harm any of them.. take care john

I can't believe I'm seeing snow! We were supposed to get rain this weekend, but all we got was a hot wind. I guess spring is over, it was nice for the 2 weeks it lasted. Today I gave up and closed the windows, turned off the attic fan and turned on the AC. Last year it was May before I did this!

We have had mid 80s for a couple of weeks, now it's rainy and mid 40s.
