Re: Prayer for Japan
Our thoughts and prayers are with all the people of Japan.
The pain from the recent tragedy is beyond comprehension and the damage inflicted will take a lifetime to repair. Our sincere wish is for the members of all families find each other in good health and that the number of lost is as small as possible under the circumstances.
The events will have touched every person in Japan and we hope that our friends and bonsai companions are safe and comforted by our love and concern for their well being,

Re: Prayer for Japan
Unfortunately, many fewer people are giving to help the Japanese as gave fo those in Hati or Indonesia. Everyone should visit their local Red Cross office (you can earmark that it's for japan, and KNOW the money is used properly there) and donate.
Meanwhile, I for one am amazed at how incredibly stupid people over here can be. Iodine pills are vanishing off drugstore shelves as people panic over the fear of "clouds" of Japanese radiation pouring over the Pacific Ocean to our shores. Our local news reports that even stores in South Carolina are seeing a run on iodine pills.
Gawd! And the Pee Party want to cut the education budget even more!
