Nice flowers for winter
Hi everyone I dont post much because Im pretty much a rookie with bonsai. I dont have many but this one is coming along nicely. This pic is a few weeks after a first styling of this bougie. Its not a phoenix graft, but I'm going to call it my "Phoenix" anyway because I dug it out of the trash with bareroot and no leaves. Something told me to check it and it had some green at the base of the trunk. With some water and a little praying it exploded with growth. Now I styled it and any feed back is welcome. I think Ill let the top grow wild to thiicken then Ill bring it back. As the picture stands its about where I want the finish tree to be.
