New Bonsai Book: Bonsai Inspirations

To celebrate the first 10 years of my website, I am proud to announce publication of the first book from Bonsai4me, 'Bonsai Inspirations', out in just two weeks time on February 14th.
Written by myself over the past 18 months, the 268 page, A4-sized book is divided into 15 chapters. Rather than the typical encyclopedic format of many bonsai books, each chapter of Bonsai Inspirations covers the progression and development of a bonsai over a period of many years, illustrating in great depth how impressive and majestic bonsai can be created from humble beginnings.

After many requests, I can now announce ALL copies now contain an insert certificate signed by myself to celebrate the First Edition and these will be issued with every book purchased before the end of February.

Looks great Harry I would buy it just to say thanks for the great reference your site has been over the years but it looks like it is going to be a great book with information on many of the species I grow.
I gotta ask a currency question that always stumps me though. Does this "£" still mean GBP or is that now Euro-EUR. Will mean the difference in air or surface mail to Australia for me

No apology necessary, Harry. I would have written it that we are happy to let the post stay but I am sure that was Tony's intention. Typical gruff Manc. He didn't even tell you that you had a very sexy left ear like I did.

Harry, your web site has been an inspiration, and required reading for myself, and all I have ever tried to explain, enrich, and indoctrinate, to the world of bonsai, these last 10 years since I found it.
Thank you for your body of work, and ability to teach those of us who were newborn to the greenwood, all around the world.
Now, waiting in great anticipation for my copy to arrive.

You can order via the Bonsai Inspirations page (the link is at the beginning of this thread) and delivery is to anywhere in the world including Panama. The book is now available via Amazon (Bonsai Inspirations) but for the foreseeable future, to the UK and Europe only.

Surprisingly healthily AK, particularly in the States where I believe the Kindle is more popular (I love mine!!!)

Regarding copies of the book on Amazon.com, I'm starting to run short of copies of the first run and a reprint isn't due until September. I'll try and get a small shipment over to the States in the next couple of weeks and will make an announcement on this thread ;-)
