Flower ?????????
Hi friends,
Anybody kbnows this flower?
Its growing with one of my Yamadori Pines from the south of France.
It does not like to be transplanted, so I figured take some seed and sow it in pots, for this I need the name, then i can find out what soil it grows in.
kind regards
Peter

To me, it's simply a violet.
I have hundreds of them in my garden, they are like weed here, and they have just finished flowering. They spread a bit like strawberries, with "runners" (stolons).

Re: Flower ?????????
I had a doubt because of the colour of the leaves, but I thought it might be the light.
I didn't know this species, there are apparently many sorts of violets.
It might make a nice accent plant.

Just in case you do not find the name of this lovely accent flower, you can certainly assume it grows just fine in the type of soil in which you found it.landerloos wrote:Hi friends,
