Ulmus Parv. 'Seju' Advice Wanted
I'd appreciate any suggestions on which branches I should keep/remove or shape on this seju elm: link is here.

It looks like it was just repotted. If so I'd leave everything and let it push some new growth, you could take an inch or so off the tips though to get some back budding. Seijus start pushing growth at the tips and slowly start budding back down the branch as they wake up. So tip pruning will speed things up. You should also get a bunch of adventitious buds on the trunk that will form new branches very fast.
My experience has also been that root pruning also forces them to push now shoots harder.
I would keep what you have until you see new buds that may be better branch choices. Seijus push buds in clusters of 3-5. Let them grow and then thin out to 1-2 strong shoots wire when they harden off. They make branches super fast.
Have fun they grow like weeds.
