Morten, one of your trees has been targeted for photoshop phoolishness at Fark.com:

The one with Charlie Brown is the only one that shows any creativity, which is a shame because usually those farkers do some good work.

No its not allowed without permission, sadly more and more pictures are used at several sites.
I have one of my accents featured on a blog (without my permission)but no problem for me, more people are able to enjoy my accent this way.
But all things said, if this would be my tree i would contact the fark site, some of the pics made are a bit offensive.

Kind regards
Peter

A.Body recently (actually it is still there) used a picture of my large Oak on eBay while advertising Oak Bonsai seeds...sigh.

Waste of space complaining to eBay, they never take any action.

Thanks Pootsie. I have contacted the site and asked them to remove the pictures immediately. It is strictly against the copyright laws, and I do feel offended of the way my work and photos are used. Normally I would laugh and accept with normal funny uses, but some of this is too vulgar to me (and I do have a good sense of humor). I am not being sensitive normally but I am very strict when it comes to copyrights. I always allows use of my works for non commercial use when asked, but steeling photos is illegal. Thanks again for exposing this here.

Best regards
