With respect & humility, is that a miniature cowbell hanging from a miniature rosary bead necklace? Roping on bronzes referencing the Ox-herding story of Buddhist enlightenment sometimes appear beaded, but the beading is so small that I never considered it a rosary & only thought it a decorative reference to coiling rope.
