A plea from my good lady wife.

Mrs Harleyrider wants to know if someone can post more pics etc in here please. She wants to start getting some ideas before Spring arrives.

Hi Mrs HR, I'll see what I can do as I'm still new to this gig.
I have got a little alpine that I'm hoping to get a nice pot for at Noelanders next week and if it keeps flowering, it has not stopped all through December, I might use it at Willowbog. If it's passable & post a pic.

I just had a thought. You could make some nifty accent containers from the remains of your guttering!

Hmmm. I was about to recommend to Kev that we ditch this forum and just post accents in the Bonsai Forum. There'll never be that much use here, or so I'd think. But whatever. We'll see.

My first accent... A quick tour through local woods and I gleaned these little beauties. The pot is mine but the mosses, lichens fern and twig are natures own.

Plant is a violet , "cocoon" ( pot) is made by me.


Mixed plants , sedum ,saxifragus, heather and mosses.
Pot is made by me and definitly one of my favorits.
